Paid Scoping Session
Sifiso Noi • Training and Consulting
The Paid Scoping Session is designed for organisations that know something is not working, but need help defining the underlying institutional problem before commissioning a larger diagnostic or advisory engagement. It is particularly useful where growth, governance, accountability, decision-making, operating complexity or stakeholder pressure are creating friction, but the exact source of the problem, scope of exposure or appropriate intervention is not yet clear. The engagement includes a focused pre-review of relevant information and a 90 to 120-minute structured session to clarify the problem, identify the stakeholders and institutional conditions involved, test initial assumptions and determine the most appropriate next step. Clients receive a concise scoping summary, priority issues, recommended engagement pathway and an indicative scope for further work. The fee is R15,000. Where a qualifying Institutional Readiness Diagnostic™ or Targeted Advisory engagement is commissioned within 60 days, the full R15,000 scoping fee is credited toward that next phase. The Paid Scoping Session is intended to create clarity before deeper work begins and to ensure that subsequent diagnostic or advisory support is focused on the right problem.
