She is the founder of Dream Green Projects 68 (Pty ) Ltd Her working career spread over a span of 33 years working for: Highveld Technical College -Librarian and Junior Lecturer The Massmart Group as Retail Branch and Sales manager. African Bank as a trainer Afrox Business Support Specialist . Transport Education Training Authority (TETA) as an education and training development practitioner. Working in corporate not only exposed Mrs Slade to extensive travel throughout the most rural, remote as well as the most luxurious parts of South Africa and certain countries on the African continent, but also place her on platforms to speak to University Deans, Students , Faculty Professors, CEO’s and Managers of companies and sit in Board meetings seeking collaboration with TETA to implement training initiatives. Her academic accolades are as follows: 1988- B .Bibl (Bachelors in Information Science from Rand Afrikaans University 2008- Mini MBA in Business Management from GIBBS 2020- Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Regent Business 2023- KMA ITIM Bible School Assembly - I complete in July 2025 and then be ordained as a minister 2024-WCW (Women Creating Wealth-Africa ) certificate by the Grace Marcel Trust 2025-Institute of Directors South Africa (IODSA)-will be writing my exams in May 2025 to achieve my certificate in Directorship -soon will become a non executive director sitting on the board of companies ensuring they conduct business with integrity and honesty. In addition to training and development and being an entrepreneur, Mrs Slade is an avid community leader ,and sits on the Board on Kann- Develop NPO . One of her community leader projects is working with the Global Business School of Entrepreneurship teaching unemployed youth how to thrive in township entrepreneurship.Mrs Slade is one of the facilitators and trainers guiding and counselling these youth so they can become fully functioning citizens and part of society again. She is also a published author of the book I AM , and a Crossfit athlete . Her hobbies are cooking, reading ,running, farming, and currently resides in Johannesburg, South Africa with her husband and their four children.
